PRODUCITON AND SHIPPING TIMES

• Our current production time for decals is 1-4 Business Days to make your custom order.
• Standard Shipping is USPS First Class (5-7 business days on average)
• Cancelation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchasing.
• Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Due to orders being custom made we have a no returns policy and all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know and we will work to make it right. We may request a photo showing how the item was incorrect or damaged. Please notify us with 5 days of delivery.

• We do not offer returns or refunds on items that are misspelled by the customer while ordering. Please double check any spelling and/or numbers before ordering.
